Former King Faisal attacker, Bashiru Osman who had a stellar season at Alhaji Grusah’s side in the 2006/7 season has divulged the quagmire he endured in a move to Israeli side.
The striker who donned the red jersey for Kotoko in the 2013/14 season also played a season at Ash Gold in the 2014/15 season wreaked havoc to defenders.
In an interview with ace sports journalist, Mr Michael Darko known in the media space as Don Summer the Macho Man, he revealed how he duped considerable amount following his switch from King Faisal to Israeli Club.
According to the sensational striker, he was promised a deal worth $50,000 in his move to Israel as signing on fee, but upon his arrival in Israel, he was told an amount of $40,000 of the $50,000 was deposited to a Fidelity Bank account number in Ghana which he was oblivious of.
He then succumbed to an agent lies to sign for a club in Germany that led to his 7-year ban in Europe by FIFA.
He said he vowed not to pay bribe to any coach for a call up to the national team.
Osman Bashiru who had served his 7 years ban imposed on him by FIFA had been urged by former Black Stars and Bayern Munich defender, Sammy Kuffuor to sign for King Faisal to resuscitate his career.
