The Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (KMA) has closed down the Kumasi Central Market in the Kumasi Metropolis.
KMA in a release copied to Angelfmonlinegh.com said the market was closed down because market women have failed to obey the social distancing order that was given them.
The market, KMA’s release said will be closed down on Tuesday, 7th April, 2020 to allow market women to re-organise themselves and come to sell in groups.
The KMA also said that it has banned selling along roads and highways in the market as well.
