2021 AFCON Qualifier: CAF appoint Senegalese Officials to officiate Ghana vs Sudan


The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has appointed Senegalese match officials to handle the 2021 African Cup Of Nations qualifier tie between the Black Stars of Ghana and their Sudanese counterparts.

34-year-old Maguetta Ndiaye will be the centre referee for the match which will be played on Friday, March 27, 2020 at the famous Cape Coast Sports Stadium.

El Hadji Malick Samba and Serigne Cheikh Toure, also from Sudan will assist Ndiaye as assistant 1 and assistant 2 respectively with Daouda Gueye acting as the fourth official.

Meanwhile, Nigerian Sanusi Mohammed will be the match commissioner on the day.

The Black Stars of Ghana who top Group C with 6 points after two games will seek for another qualification to the 33rd edition of the continent’s biggest mundial to be staged in Cameroon.
