NPP primaries: Middle Belt Development Authority Deputy CEO files to unseat Kwadaso MP


The Deputy Chief Executive officer (CEO) of of the Middle Belt Development Authority, Vincent Frimpong Manu has filed his nomination forms to contest Kwadaso Constituency parliamentary seat.

Some Kwadaso delegates and supporters of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region stormed the party’s office at Kwadaso to support Vincent Frimpong Manu to file his nomination forms.

Frimpong Manu speaking to Pure FM’s Ambassador Osei Kwadwo after filling his nomination forms said Kwadaso constituency needs good, selfless and matured leader to take the Constituency to the promised land.

“Kwadaso is facing development challenges because we elected someone (MP) who does not have the party at heart. Our MP is not ready to lobby development for this constituency. A leader who is afraid to speak and fight for the Constituency should not be allowed to lead this constituency.

“It is time for change. It is time for Kwadaso to have a leader who is committed, matured and selfless to lead the constituency. I’m ready to serve the good people of Kwadaso and I will not fail the good people of Kwadaso if I am giving the mandate,” he added.

Three (3) people including the incumbent MP, Hon S.K Nuamah have so far filed to contest the Kwadaso constituency parliamentary seat.
