A woman in her early 30s wept uncontrollably in the studios of Angel 102.9FM on Thursday afternoon while she narrated how controversial fetish priestess, Okomfo Agradaa duped her of an amount of GHC 2,200.
According to the lady who only identified herself as Serwaa, a decorator, she traveled from Kumasi to Accra to visit the shrine of Okomfo Agradaa at Sowutuom so she can partake in a ritual called ‘Sika Gari’.
Serwaa claimed she learnt of the money doubling event while watching Thunder TV in Kumasi.
“She said she was organising sika gari and was calling people to come and partake, so I borrowed GHC 2,200 from friends for that purpose with the hope of getting the money doubled so I could use that to start my decoration business…,” she narrated.
Serwaa who spoke to Pastor Johnson Adu Boahen on Ogyie Mmere on Angel FM further claimed that after arriving in Accra, she headed straight to Sowutuom to partake in the Sika Gari.
“When I arrived at her place, I was made to see and I told her of the my intention to partake in the Sika Gari, Komfo Agradaa asked me to go for a ticket of GHC 200 from one her bodyguards, which I did. She then took the money from and gave me folder water,” she said.
She claimed she panicked after the handing over the money to the bodyguard and hence could not listen to any of the instructions given by the fetish priestess on how to use the folder.
