The nightmare of Accra Hearts of Oak SC continued with another shambolic performance over the weekend as they suffered a 3-0 demolition at the hands of Medeama SC in one of seven Sunday league fixtures.

A brace from Prince Opoku Agyemang baptized the visitors at the Akoon park before Nana Kofi’s brilliant finish sealed the victory for the Mauve and Yellow boys.

King Faisal 0-1 Ashgold

Elsewhere in Kumasi, Yussif Mubarak scored the only goal in the regional derby to give the Miners a win over the Insha Allah Boys at the Baba Yara stadium in Kumasi. King Faisal FC failed to make count the numerous chances created in the opening half and were punished from an unlikely source in the goal shy game.

Techiman Eleven Wonders FC 0-1 Dreams FC

Unfortunate Techiman Eleven Wonders FC suffered back to back defeats despite their emphatic display but Mohammed Suleiman’s only goal for Dreams FC was enough to steal the show at the Nana Ameyaw Park to record back to back premier league wins.

Aduana Stars FC stole the show on a stroke of regulation time with Richard Nathan’s strike to emerge winners in the capital city.

WAFA SC 2-0 Ebusua Dwarfs

Ebusua Dwarfs succumbed to a 2-0 defeat at the hands of WAFA SC side at Sogakope. The Academy Boys were tipped to thrash their visitors in a festival of goals only for them to narrowly win by 2 goals to nil.

Meanwhile Kumasi Asante Kotoko who made it two wins in a row smashed Legon Cities at the Accra sports stadium on Friday night football by 3-1 thanks to goals from Augustine Okrah and a superb brace from Emmanuel Gyamfi.

At the same venue on Saturday, skillful Niger import, Victorian Adebayor helped Inter Allies to defeat Bechem United by two goals to One.
