The founder and leader of the Anointed Palace Chapel, Rev. Francis Antwi, popularly known as Rev Obofour has hinted that he will in the coming days reveal names of some corrupt officials of the Tema Municipal Assembly (TMA) who took bribes from him.
Some persons close to the controversial man of God reportedly attacked some staff of TMA a fortnight ago. This led to the arrest of one of his junior Pastors.
Reacting to the issues on in one of his churches in Tema, Rev Obofour labelled officials of the TMA as very ‘corrupt’ and vowed to name them publicly.
“I will talk when you push me. Anyone who has collected money in connection with the construction of the building will have to vomit it when we get to the court. Their deeds shall be revealed.
“I want the government to understand that we did not take the law into our hands as claimed but they rather assaulted three security men at the church,” he recounted.
The founder further described the allegations leveled against his church as ‘fabricated’ and called the TMA officials ‘liars’.
“I can state on authority that no well-built men assaulted anyone at my church. Those [TMA] officials who said well-built men assaulted them at my church are liars and those who do not understand can take me anywhere…,” he said.
