Stop milking church members, it is unbiblical – Apostle descends on Pastors

The Northern Sector Overseer of the True Faith Church International, Apostle Thomas Adu Bempah has urged his colleague men of God to live lives worthy of emulation.

Apostle Adu Bempah who was speaking at a special non-denominational church service organised in his honour in Bibiani further urged the men of God to desist from behaviours that will tarnish the image of Christians.

The man of God who served for over 45 years explained that Pastors taking ‘unnecessary and unapproved monies’ ought to stop as according to him, that is unacceptable and not Biblical.

“I tell the youth and all men of God that taking up a pastoral work doesn’t make you rich instantly. Even the Bible says we should work hard in order to earn an honest living for ourselves and to be able to help the poor [Ephesians 4:28],” Apostle Thomas Adu Bempah hinted.

He thereafter advised his colleagues to ensure that they make money legitimately.

“Taking unnecessary and unapproved monies from church members are unacceptable and also not biblical,” he added.
