Ex-Aduana Stars skipper joins Accra Great Olympics


Former Aduana Stars captain, Godfred Saka has completed a successful move to Accra Great Olympics ahead of the 2019/20 Ghana premier league season.

The veteran right back after leaving the Nzema based club, Karela United in 2018 officially joined the ‘wonder club’ which is aiming to fly high in Ghana’s top flight league.

The 31-year-old has tremendous experience on the local scene, having spent almost a decade at the Dormaa based side.

He helped Aduana Stars to win the historic Ghana Premier League in 2010 in a grand style.

Saka, a dead ball specialist is expected to be a key member of the club as they return to the top flight again.

Accra Great Olympics and King Faisal FC were reinstated to the top tier after a proposal calling for their reinstatement into the league was affirmed at the extraordinary congress of the GFA.

Accra Great Olympics is hoping to impress in the league which is set to begin on December 21, 2019.
