Former Accra Hearts of Oak Winger, Patrick Razak has downplayed rumours that he has terminated his contract with Guinean side, AC Horoya.
The speedster joined Horoya AC from Ghanaian giant, Accra Hearts of Oak in October 2018.
Rumours that made rounds in the local media suggested that the winger’s contract has been terminated a year after joining the Guinean club.
Responding to the rumours on Koforidua-based Bryt FM, Razak emphasised that he is still under contract with the club and has described the news as ‘false’ which shouldn’t be tolerated by media attention.
“When I saw the news in the local media, I personally called the President of the club and he told me its never true. He even told me he will be visiting me in due time to see the state of my injury”
“I don’t want to talk about this contract saga anymore because there is no iota of truth in the report. I don’t want to worry myself on a story which lacks merit,” he stressed.
Razak who has been in Ghana for some weeks now as a result of injury, says getting back to full fitness as early as possible is his main priority and not thinking about unsubstantiated contract termination claims.
