Finance Minister, Ken Ofori Atta has described the President, Nana Akufo-Addo was someone who is not shy to invest in the future of Ghanaian children.
At the presentation of the 2020 Budget statement in Parliament, the finance Minister said the President will always want to invest in the future of Ghanaian children.
“Nana Akufo-Addo will never shy away from the responsibility of investing in our children for the future,” he said.
The investments in the future of the children, he said include the free SHS programme which has become the government’s flagship policy in its first term of office.
He said investment in the future of Ghanaian children is in line with the NPPs vision of creating wealth for Ghanaians.
“As a center-right party, we were also interested in creating wealth for out people…,” he said.
