Former Deputy Minister of Sports and a member of the Parliamentary select committee on youth, sports and culture, Osei Bonsu Amoah has challenged the Kurt Okraku-led administration help re-brand Ghana football.
The Lawyer urged the association members and it’s head to unite and work as a team to re-brand and restore the game back to it’s winning ways so as to win back the heart of the game loving fans.
The Akuapim South MP who who was speaking on Accra-based Happy FM monitored by Angelfmonlinegh.com said: “people will invest in the game if we brand our football well and that’s what is needed so they must be good at that. Our league and national teams are the key things that they need to look at.”
“They should find the means to bring supporters back to our stadiums. The love for the local game is key to make the game great again,” the MP said.
He then advised the EXCO members to do away with all manners of individualism and partisan politics and come together to help achieve the needed change we are calling for.
