Aduana Stars has rubbished media reports that the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the club, Mr Albert Comey has resigned from his position.
Reports indicated that Mr Commey was resigning from the Dormaa-based club to take over the Dreams FC CEO position which had become vacant following Kurt Okraku’s resignation from the post to focus on his appointment as GFA President.
The club’s secretary, Mr Harold Asamoah noted in a release:
“Aduana football club present it warm complement and wish to state that Mr Albert Commey Aryeetey is still at post as the Chief Executive Officer of the club.
“The club has not received from him any form of resignation being in letter form or in voice.
“We therefore entreat the public to discard all forms of his resignation on the social media,” he noted in the statement.
