Three people lost their lives after a bullion van belonging to the Bank of Ghana collided with a fuel tanker in Techiman in the Bono East Region.
According to information sighted on mynewsgh.com, the three include the driver of the tanker.
According to the ASP Andrews Okonengye, the Techiman Divisional Commander of the Motor Transport and Traffic Directorate the bullion van with registration number GV 888-13 with William Asare as the Driver and one Frank Baah, Currency Officer was heading towards Kumasi from Tamale while the tanker with registration number DP 4222-19 was Paga bound.

He was unable to confirm the death toll except to say that 2 people were reported to have died while others are said to be in critical condition and have been admitted at the Holy Family Hospital in Techiman.
