Get ready to leave Parliament after 2020 – Nana B to Collins Dauda, Eric Opoku

The National Youth Organizer for New Patriotic Party (NPP), Henry Nana Boakye popularly known as Nana B has called on National Democratic Congress (NDC) Members of Parliament (MPs) for Asutifi South and Asunafo South to start packing bag and baggage to leave Parliament after 2020.

Collins Dauda and Eric Opoku, Nana B who was speaking on Accra-based Okay FM as monitored by said have over stayed their welcome in Parliament hence the decision to unseat them in 2020.

According to him, the ruling NPP will do everything in its power to ensure that these two MPs lose their seats so his party can take over.

“I can tell you on authority that Collins Dauda and Eric Opoku are no longer going to represent their constituents come 2020 elections…,” he said while speaking on the recently held primaries of the NPP for orphan constituencies.

Candidates elected in the NPP primaries in these constituencies, he said, are more eligible and credible to occupy the seat than Eric Opoku and Collins Dauda.

Collins Dauda occupies the Asutifi South seat whiles the Asunafo South seat is occupied by Eric Opoku.

The NPP primaries, he added, is just a first step for greater works in the Ahafo Region.

“The President has fulfilled his promises to the region, the region has benefited from planting for food and jobs, one District, one Factory, Free SHS, Feeding Program in Basic Schools and several other things so I can guarantee that the Ahafo Region will vote massively for the NPP in 2020…,” he said.
